I had the privilege of chatting to Mollie Balshaw and Rebekah Beasley, who are the founders of Short Supply, an artist-led initiative and curatorial collective operating in Salford.

I was really interested to hear more from Mollie and Rebekah about the current support in place for artists in the North West but also to find out about the gaps that they identified and how Short Supply could offer something different.

We chatted about the trials and tribulations of building something from the ground up, how they have developed Short Supply through conversations with their growing community of artists and how lockdown has altered the way they offer support.
